SACC has offered extensive training opportunities to the Sacramento Region, specially for the purpose of increasing business success for small businesses serving the Sacramento community. The Business Assistance Program - During this one hour session you can receive advice about your business with counselors from SCORE. These appointments are available monthly at the SACC office.
Meet the Expert Workshops – Sponsored by Union Bank of California, these lunchtime workshops focus on specific topics to help businesses make the most of their time and money. Topics include Do it Yourself Search Engine Optimization, Financial Management, and How Loan Application ready are you?
Micro Loan Program – This innovative lending program is made possible through the partnership with Valley Small Business Development Corporation. The program provides loans ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 that business owners can use for typical business expenses such as purchasing equipment and inventory, start-up expenses, materials and supplies, advertising and working capital.
NxLevel Entrepreneurial Training Program – The SACC has partnered with CitiBank and Union Bank of California to provide this extraordinary business training program to take your growing business to the next level.
SMUD Lunch & Learn Workshops – These informative workshops are designed to help you learn how to do business with SMUD.
Supplier Diversity Program (www.connect-here.org) - In January 2009 SACC on behalf of the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce launched a statewide web-based Supplier Diversity Program. This statewide web-based Supplier Diversity Training Program provides the knowledge and skills minority business owners need to successfully compete for contracts.
