Kevin Nobuo Nakano / Nakano Realty Kevin Nobuo Nakano joined the SACC in 2005 and was the voluntary Chair of the Ambassador program formed in 2006, and continued to serve as its Chairperson through 2009.  Kevin has been a Realtor and Real Estate Broker since 2003 and has served clients’ Real Estate needs in Sacramento, Placer, San Joaquin, Yolo and Solano Counties.  Kevin works with many clients in the Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Natomas, Elk Grove, West Sacramento, Woodland, Lodi, Davis, and Fairfield areas. Kevin has experience with listings, purchases, foreclosures / REO’s, estate and short sale transactions.  Kevin is also a Certified Distressed Property (Short Sale) Expert (CDPE designation).  Kevin has offices in Elk Grove and Roseville.  He lives in Elk Grove with his wife Connie.  He’s also on the Board of the Sacramento State Business Alumni Chapter and the Florin JACL.  In his spare time he enjoys crabbing in the Bay Area and watching UFC (mixed martial arts).  Kevin was your “Ambassador of the Year” for 2007.
