Jeff Louie / Capsity Executive Offices Jeff is the Co-Founder of Capsity Offices, Sacramento’s first Entrepreneurial Fueling Station and Virtual Offices, which provides office space, meeting rooms, conference rooms, do it yourself workshops and small business concierge. Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley, studying business, technology and sociology.  Jeff has a passion for the Social Entrepreneurship and community oriented projects. As an Ambassador, Jeff strives to connect, teach, and show its members and guests how to enjoy doing business with each other, actively matching businesses together.  Jeff enjoys the Regional Mixers the most, but would cherish such events that would be more interactive with its members, i.e.; hiking, bowling, pool, etc., events that all could enjoy.  Jeff was your Sacramento Asian Chamber of Commerce “Ambassador of the Year” for 2009.
