The Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s (SACCF) mission is to strengthen underserved, diverse communities through leadership, educational and workforce development programs. Our foundation’s programs focus on four key areas; leadership, education, workforce development and technical assistance for small businesses. Our case management and technical assistance services programs are designed to strengthen and expand the potential of Asian Pacific Islander (API) businesses and help low to moderate income communities achieve sustainable economic development. The SACCF core competency and our competitive advantage is our portfolio of technical assistance programs that meet the needs of our ethnically diverse small business in underserved communities.
